Following the Foundation's successful capital campaign, the operations of Independence Healthcare Center began July 4, 2017. In over two years of operation, Independence Healthcare Center has provided a positive contribution margin to the operations of Labette Health. To date, we have seen 15,964 patients in the emergency room, performed 21,158 outpatient hospital tests, admitted 373 observation patients and provided 46,287 clinic visits.
