Summary:

Provides general nursing care to patients in the Infusion Clinic by performing the following duties. Initiate and complete Outpatient order received from providers which include, but not limited to: IV Infusions, SQ and IM Injections, vaccines, OP blood transfusions, blood draws from Port-A-Caths and PICC lines, and OP Procedures.

Education Requirements:

Diploma in nursing, Associate's Degree (A.D.N.) from two year college or Bachelor's Degree (B.S.N. or willing to obtain) from a 4 year college and successful completion of a prescribed curriculum of study which has led to licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kansas. Preferably has at least one year of successful practice in nursing and has previous critical care related nursing experience.
