Summary: Answers telephone, schedules appointments, greets and assists patients and public as necessary, compiles all charge tickets and receipts, and obtains insurance cards. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Education Requirements: One to three months related experience and/or training. Good public relation skills, computer knowledge preferred.
