Description:

SUMMARY- Maintains grounds by performing such duties as cutting grass and trimming trees and shrubs. Maintains and repairs fire alarm systems, boilers, safety switches, electrical equipment, plumbing, and other types of equipment as per established procedure. Will be required to take call on a rotating basis. '

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
