Description:

Summary: Provides basic nursing care to patients, under direct supervision. Attends nursing station and performs clerical and reception duties. Requisition supplies, equipment, and services as directed.

Education Requirements: Evidence of being able to work as a team, under close supervision and follow instructions needed, completion of two weeks on the job training required and meets competency requirements. CNA certification is preferred, but not required for the skilled nursing unit.
