Description:

Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluation patient care. Coordinates, delegates, and provides direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and all patient care team members. Also provides supervision for patient care team members in accordance with their level of training and the patient’s acuity.

Education Requirements: Diploma in nursing, associate's degree (A.D.N.) from two-year college or Bachelor's Degree (B.S.N.) from a four year college and successful completion of a prescribed curriculum of study which has led to licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kansas and gives evidence of possessing the experience of a licensed nurse on a staff level. Previous dialysis experience preferred. Critical Care background is helpful. BLS and ACLS required.
