SUMMARY

Provides administrative/secretarial support to the Information Technology Department.

Greets and provides assistance to all customers.

Has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. A high awareness of customer service in person and over the phone is a requirement for this position. Must be able to work in environment with constant interruption, be detailed oriented, and able to complete and follow through on assignments.

Follows instructions to complete basic IT tasks such as password resets and adding printers

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates of Arts or post high school vocational or specialized training. Proficient typing and computer/word processing skills are required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Photoshop.)
