Summary:
Assures and monitors delivery of quality food and nutrition services to patients, visitors and staff by assisting in the directing of all aspects.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred. 2 years with institutional food service is preferred. Current Serv-Safe Manager Certification or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire. CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification or be willing to obtain within one year of hire.
