Summary: Compiles payroll data to maintain payroll records by performing the following duties: Maintains employee time and attendance data on CPSI T&A System. Maintains employee master payroll files on CPSI. Prepares the bi-weekly payroll. Calculates, balances and prepares the quarterly tax reports. Calculates balance and prepares for distribution the W2 forms. Maintains all employee garnishment records. Assists Controller, CFO, Administration and Department Directors with requested payroll information.

Education Requirements: Degree in business or accounting, previous accounting experience required. Will substitute experience for degree. Efficient in Payroll, Time and Attendance Programs. Word Perfect, and other Microsoft Office Programs helpful.
