SUMMARY Provides administrative/secretarial support to the Facilities Management Director. Assists in data entry into four rivers system. Dispatch staff and work with facilities director to prioritize. Enter data into SQSS program as required. Work to update and keep required information for policies. Including information for the state fire marshal, HFAP, CMS. Perform minutes taking as needed. Complete and create purchase orders for director to sign.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school education and two years’ experience required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
