Description:

Summary:Performs at least eight (8) Annual Wellness visits (AWV) per week, under the direct supervision of the physician. Identifies training needs for staff and facilitates staff development. Updates practice manuals relating to nursing and clinical services. Oversees the VFC immunization program for all clinics. Ensures all patient contacts are timely documented and treatment plans implemented with evidence-based practice.

Education requirements:Minimum five years of experience in increasingly responsible clinical positions including some supervision of clinicians experience. Current RN or other clinical license as required. Current CPR certificate.
