Summary: Assists the physician by performing assessments, vitals under the direction of an RN as needed. Answers telephone, schedules appointments, greets and assists patients and public as necessary, compiles all charge tickets and receipts, and obtains insurance cards. Must have excellent customer service skills.
Education Requirements: Evidence of being able to work as a team, under close supervision and follow instructions needed, completion of on the job training required. CMA certification. One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
