Experience is a great teacher.  For the Way family, a central lesson learned from their experiences at Labette Health is what a rock of strength Labette Health provides in the foundation of life for the south east Kansas communities it serves. Both Chris and Jennifer work for the hospital.  But, they chose to use Labette Heatlh for the most important investment of their married life, because they knew from first hand experience, the depth of dedication of the professional staff. Positive experiences made it easy for them to trust Labette Health with their most valuable treasures.

"We have had both of our children at Labette Health.  Both experiences were exceptional.  Each time we were in the hospital our expectations were exceeded. Both girls had to be readmitted due to jaundice a few days after they were born. The nurses, physicians and auxiliary staff in OB and the nursery took exceptional care of the babies, my wife and our family."
